Kids Program Detail: Our Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is designed to help your child build confidence through a strong Jiu-Jitsu foundation. The “Lil-Zombies” program will give your child a basic understanding of self-defense techniques & understanding of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. These classes will teach your child how to defend themselves against bullies or attackers (even if the attacker is bigger and stronger). The kids BJJ Curriculum includes beginner level techniques, coordination drills, interactive games as well as the time to explore how these techniques work against a person who is trying fight back.
