Kids Program Detail: This MMA program puts the kids Through a curriculum that has been created to develop the child self-esteem, Confidence, self discipline, and overall health. Studies have shown that children that learn self defense become more assertive and less aggressive. The kids will learn Muay Thai(their stand up game) and Jiu-Jitsu ( their ground game).
