Kids Program Detail: This class provides a friendly, safe and enjoyable format of comprehensive training for children at least 7 years old and above. The training has a very strong emphasis on safety. Every parent wants the best for their children, and to prepare them for all the challenges that they will face in the future. Effective self-defense skills are certainly important in today’s world full of undesirable people. However, the long term benefits of our children’s curriculum provides much more than just self-defense skills.

Woman Only Program Detail: As a community service open to all women (13 years old and above), we hold free Level 1 Women’s Self Defense Seminars every month at the Warrior’s Cove! The main focus of Level 1 is to teach you, with only 90 minutes of training, what you need to know to survive an attack from someone bigger and stronger than you. Of course, you will get better with more training, so if you want, you are welcome to come back and repeat the training, for free, as often as you like!!
