Details: Spartan Martial Arts is certified with the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation and the United States Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation. Our instructors are experienced, some even holding black belts for several years, while others have competed and ranked in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai. Our instructor, Thomas Schmitz, received his black belt from professor Pedro Sauer, who received his black belt from Rickson Gracie and Helio Gracie. So we are well qualified to teach the Brazilian jiu-jitsu fundamentals.

Kids Program Detail: Little titans kids program is based upon a curriculum using brazilian jiu-jitsu techniques that are adapted to their physical and mental developmental levels. In a fun and safe environment experienced instructors teach children self-defence techniques that provide practical values.
