Details: My name is Ben Corpuz a Mixed Martial Arts instructor, certified fitness trainer and a certified kettlebell instructor. Specializing in the area of martial arts, Professor Ben holds a black belt (3rd degree) in the art of Taekwondo, 2nd Degree Brown Belt in Brazilian Juijitsu, certified Muay Thai instructor, and has competed in numerous amateurs and national level fights. By combining his inherent love for the martial arts with exceptional credentials, Ben has been able to channel his passion for fitness and martial arts into a career through the establishment of BC Kickboxing & BJJ - a premier kickboxing/MMA and personal training facility.
