Jake's self-defense curriculum is well-known and takes direct inspiration from his own instructor, Royce Gracie, the legend and winner of the first Ultimate Fighting Championships. With experience in wrestling, kickboxing, karate, jiu-jitsu, and a career as a professional fighter, Jake is the most qualified instructor in the area. Kids Program Detail: This class is the starting point for all kids. The main focus of this class is on helping the kids to gain confidence through the practice of self defense skills in a fun and safe environment. Classes include physical fitness, coordination, defending against strikes, takedowns, ground grappling techniques, and games.
