Details: Martial arts creates self confidence, self control, discipline, and motivation. Martial arts is a skill that can be learned and enjoyed by the whole family.

Kids Program Detail: Ninja - This class is for children ages 2-5. They will learn the basics of combat sports in a playful atmosphere. Classes are 30 minutes long. This class is for beginners and are not eliglible for BJJ ranking, but can earn accomplishement stripes. Ninja 2 - This class is for children ages 5-7. They will learn the basics of BJJ in a more formal environment. Classes are 60 minutes long. Warrior Kids - This class is for ages 8-13. The class is 1 hour long and is a very formal martial arts environment.
