Kids Program Detail: Our 10th Planet Kids class' intention is to instill self-confidence and increase self-esteem in your child while learning the basics of self defense from a wrestling and jiu jitsu standpoint. (Ages 8-13)

Woman Only Program Detail: Whether you are interested in fitness, self-defense, or building a supportive community; you will find value in this class. The class will be led by Brown Belt Nate Harris and Blue Belt Sarina Ochoa.
