Kids Program Detail: A true martial artist is one whose highly developed body, mind, and spirit are in complete sync with each other. The martial arts training that we provide here focuses on all these aspects and helps students overcome any limitations they may be struggleing with. At the younger ages we believe in developing core strength, balance, coordination, and situational awarness through extensive training of the muscles and skills that will later provide a beneficial foundation for the martial arts. In order to keep younger children engaged many of the activities in class are games specially designed to develop specific skill sets and strengths. As the children develop in age and skill more concentrated activities are added and further goals achieved. Students will be taught both grappling and striking combative skills. Students will also be ranked in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in accordance with the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation.
