Kids Program Detail: Here Students are introduced to the core concepts of Jiu Jitsu through tentative instruction and active exercise. We believe Jiu Jitsu is instrumental in the development of a child's social skill, confidence, discipline and focus on goal setting. The dynamic movements learned in class will serve in enhancing coordination, physical shape and aid in preventing childhood obesity. Each child will be ranked by belt color and stripe based on multiple criteria such as technical development and active participation.
