Kids Program Detail: Make new friends quickly at the best martial arts academy in Ohio! Ages 5 and up, classes are taught by parents who understand the importance of jiu-jitsu for kids. These entertaining classes that help children develop their athleticism while focusing on exercise and motor skills. Children will have fun while learning self-defense skills, anti-bullying techniques, and engaging in healthy activities. Kids are taught to encourage their peers and build up each other in the learning process.
