Details: The Legacy Martial Arts Academy was founded in 1965 as the Hamilton Judo Club. We specialize in Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, No-Gi Submission Grappling, and Self-Defense. We have trained National, World, and Olympic Champions. At Legacy, we aim to create champions on and off the mat. No matter the age or the skill level of the student, our instructors are patient, well-trained, and experienced. We are ready to help you reach your goals.

Kids Program Detail: Our Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Program will arm your child with a host of positive mental and physical skills that will help him/her in school, at home and in life! Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is widely considered the most complete & effective martial art system for self-defense. Our program teaches positions, transitions, sweeps, escapes, throws, take downs and submissions. At the Legacy Martial Arts Academy, our students have the option to represent our Academy and compete in Brazilian Jitsu-Jitsu tournaments.
