Kids Program Detail: For children ages 8-12 years old. Major focuses will be on the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, grappling, and proper defense. Childrens’ classes also emphasize character building, discipline, and taking pride in learning and accomplishments. All students must wear a BJJ gi.
