Details: The mission of Monster BJJ is for every student to reach his or her highest potential through the Martial Art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Whether your goals are fitness, self-confidence, anti-bullying, self-defense, competition, or any other personal goal in-between, we have the knowledge and expertise to help you reach and surpass your personal goals. We welcome anyone of any age or fitness level to join us to experience the many benefits of training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Our students can expect to see an increase in their flexibility, strength and cardiovascular health. These physical improvements lead to greater endurance and overall increased energy levels in daily life. In addition to the physical benefits of training at the Monster BJJ Self Defense Academy, our students also learn to apply the principles of modesty, courtesy, integrity, self- control, perseverance and indomitable spirit. Focus and self-discipline are improved. All of these aspects, combined with the ability to defend yourself, increase self-confidence. This makes Martial Arts training unique, and an ideal way to become a better person both mentally and physically.

Kids Program Detail: The Kids Class is for 7 - 13 year olds and suited for their more advanced vocabulary, listening skills and problem solving ability. This is a structured program that teaches more advanced physical skills and self defense while encouraging more independence and personal responsibility. Our program combines this need for a challenging program with the guidance needed to help manage the social and emotional instability that comes with adolescence.
