Kids Program Detail: We offer a no-gi kids class taught by Coach Shawn and Coach Shambles! The kids do drills, technique, and even a little live rolling supervised by the coaches, of course! Our age requirements are based upon each child and we are more than willing to have you try it out and see what you think!
