Woman Only Program Detail: Women's Self Defense class teaches women a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu based curriculum that focuses on techniques to defeat the most common attacks they would encounter in a self-defense scenario. Rather than learn the entire art of Jiu Jitsu in a formal class it focuses the most important techniques for situations they might encounter.
