Details: Hart Jiu Jitsu is a Professional, Black Belt Jiu Jitsu Academy ( in the Gracie/Balance Lineage). Our staff for Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts are taught by educated, successful competitors and coaches. Hart’s programs are for men, women, teens and children from Conshohocken and the surrounding areas.

Kids Program Detail: Hart’s kids martial arts program focuses on Gracie jiu jitsu self defense. Our Conshohocken jiu jitsu kids program is a very active, fun and informative. Our approach helps ensure your child or children are enjoying their training while learning. The valuable self defense skills also help prepare them against bullying and outside confrontations. Hart’s kids and youth martial arts programs start at 4 yrs old to 15 years old. We believe you can start training martial arts at any time in life. Our belief is that all kids should learn jiu jitsu. They should participate and learn jiu jitsu right away under qualified martial arts professionals.
