Details: Ruffhouse Jiu Jitsu, led by Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt Arthur Ruff, is West Seattle’s newest martial arts academy. We have jiu jitsu classes for kids, teens, and adults. Our classes are suited for students from beginner to advanced. We pride ourselves in offering the best Jiu Jitsu training in Washington.

Kids Program Detail: Youth Jiu Jitsu students are taught discipline, respect and honesty. They are pushed through strength and conditioning, and learn teamwork through drills and exercises. They are taught the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu, for competition and self defense. Kids learn to defend themselves against opponents of any size, and become leaders by assisting new students.
