Kids Program Detail: Classes provide a mix of exercise and learning to keep class fun and interesting. Kids that have competed and new kids that just started, work together to improve in grappling and most importantly LIFE! 3-7 coaches per class. Class EVERY Monday and Friday from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Only need t-shirt and shorts to participate in class. No Contracts. No Belt Fees. No Hidden Costs. First Week Is Free!
