Details: Team No Quarter is the premier Gracie Jiu-Jitsu School in Hurricane, WV. Students at this academy train under world famous Relson Gracie. Our instructors teaches Gi and No-Gi classes in basic MMA Jiu-Jitsu techniques, sport Jiu-Jitsu techniques, hand-to-hand self-defense, knife defense, gun defense, and club defense. We teach techniques that come directly from Relson Gracie and his legendary Father, Helio Gracie. Helio Gracie developed hundreds of self-defense techniques that are extremely effective and can be used in any type of self-defense endeavor. In addition to teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, self-defense, and MMA, we promote a healthy way of life that includes recommendations from the Gracie diet in addition to a structured workout regiment that develops muscle tone, cardiovascular health, confidence, and mental fortitude. Our Jiu-Jitsu academy welcomes men and women of all ages as well as children 5 years of age and up. We provide a friendly, warm and inviting training atmosphere that provides men and women the ability to meet their Jiu-Jitsu, self-defense, and fitness goals. Anyone interested in Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, fitness, or grappling will find a home at our school.
