Details: "To provide the best Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai instruction in the midwest." We are constantly working on providing the best instruction through a number of different methods. We have built a top notch facility with over 10,000 square feet of space to give ample space for all aspects of training. We have brought in the best quality mats to reduce injuries. All of our auxiliary programs such as kettlebell seminars, self defense seminars, grappling leagues, yoga classes, and more have been tailored to help our students on their quest to achieve their individual goals.

Kids Program Detail: Des Moines Jiu-Jitsu kid's club is dedicated to teaching kids the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for self defense and confidence building. The major skills we work on are: focus, teamwork, control, balance, memory, discipline, fitness and coordination. All of these skill sets are learned while having fun and playing games. Each class we learn common techniques in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while playing games with other students. All skills are taught in a safe, supervised environment.
