Kids Program Detail: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu it is an effective, practical martial art that is very applicable to self-defense situations and is also a fantastic way for kids to stay fit. The program at Team Link Ludlow accepts children from 5 to 16 years old. The 1 hour class is designed to instill confidence and self-discipline while improving balance, coordination and mental toughness. Each class includes a warm-up, stretching, technical instruction, games related to BJJ concepts and movements and an instructor-supervised sparring session.
