Details: Enso, a Japanese word for circle, has also come to represent enlightenment, strength, and the universe as a whole. It is a symbol of Zen. The Kanji symbols used to represent the concept of Enso in writing can be loosely translated as “Circle of Togetherness.” The very act of creating an enso, traditionally brush painted on silk or rice paper, is regarded as a spiritual act within itself. Martial Arts is a lifestyle that can make you fit, make you stronger physically and mentally. We pride ourselves in fostering a friendly, constructive community where students can be free to make friends, learn and grow stronger. While if you choose to compete, we are more than happy to give you the guidance, training and push you need, this is far from mandatory. The majority of our students embrace martial arts as a supplement to their lives, to become more active and healthy, to have fun, to be a part of a positive community.
