Details: We offer a wide range of programs for all ages, from 3 to 5-year-olds, 6 to 12-year-olds, teens and adults! Our facility boasts 2500 square feet of sprung mat space, providing ample room for training and offering extra protection from falls. We have designed our space to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all our members. In addition to our spacious training area, we have an exercise area and two showers available for your convenience. We understand the importance of cleanliness and hygiene after an intense workout session. To cater to your busy schedule, we offer Jiu Jitsu classes three times a day for adults. Whether you’re an early bird or prefer evening training, we have classes at 6 am, 12 pm, and 6:15 pm. You can choose the time that best fits your daily routine. Our striking program is designed to enhance your stand up striking techniques and includes two Muay Thai classes and two boxing classes per week. These classes will help you develop your striking skills while improving your overall fitness level. At our facility, you will find a passionate and friendly staff dedicated to helping you reach your goals. Our instructors are experienced and knowledgeable, and they are committed to providing you with the guidance and support you need on your martial arts journey.
