Details: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art focused on positional dominance and submission techniques. It is an effective form of self defense, teaching smaller people how to defeat a larger opponent using technique over strength.

Kids Program Detail: KIDS BJJ (AGE 5-7) - Students learn specific Jiu-Jitsu techniques and movements. Consists of a warm-up, drills, and supervised grappling rounds. JUNIORS BJJ (AGE 8-13) - Students learn specific Jiu-Jitsu techniques and movements. Consists of a warm-up, drills, and supervised grappling rounds.
