Kids Program Detail: Young children, ages 6-9, are at a critical stage where they develop essential life skills. At 360 Jiu-Jitsu, our Youth Program - Level 1 is designed to harness their boundless energy and curiosity, transforming it into confidence, self-discipline, and respect. Our engaging classes provide a structured environment where kids can learn Jiu-Jitsu techniques, improve their physical fitness, and have fun.
