Kids Program Detail: Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for kids teaches self-defense while also helping them build self-confidence, self-discipline, and increased focus. Children who practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu develop confidence in themselves and their ability to achieve challenging goals through hard work, focus, and discipline. Little Samurai Kids Jiu Jitsu - Our Little Samurai Kids Jiu Jitsu class is for children from roughly 4-6 years of age and focuses on fun and safe environment where smaller kids can enjoy exploring Jiu Jitsu. Youth Jiu Jitsu - Our Youth Jui Jitsu Program is for kids over the age of 6 and ranges all the way up to early teens. The instructors pair up students according to size and age. These classes focus on learning and enjoying the sport of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Woman Only Program Detail: The Women’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class is taught by female instructors in a safe and supportive environment. All fitness levels accepted. Come as you are. You will learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Self Defense techniques designed to help you defeat a bigger, stronger opponent. Each class focuses on a Jiu Jitsu fundamental and on building the skill and confidence for each student.
