Details: At Framework Seattle, we teach jiu-jitsu for sport and self-defense, with and without the gi, in classic and modern styles, and to absolutely anybody. We pride ourselves on a clean space, safe training practices, and a strong emphasis on students brand new to jiu-jitsu.

Woman Only Program Detail: Women's & Non-Binary Martial arts schools tend to be male-dominated environments, and jiu-jitsu is no exception. At Framework Seattle, we hope to be part of changing that. Our women's and non-binary class, led by coach Vanessa Asari, aims to provide a welcoming space and community for non-male practitioners. The class is open to all skill levels, whether you're an experienced jiu-jitsu player or brand new to the art.
