Kids Program Detail: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the perfect extracurricular activity for kids. Students gain self-confidence, self-esteem, social skills and respect for others and learn important self-defense skills while in a safe and controlled environment. While jiu-jitsu has many physical benefits such as coordination, increased flexibility and endurance, jiu-jitsu teaches how to defend themselves by restraining their opponents and establishing control over the situation until help arrives.
