Kids Program Detail: Moms, Dads, Grandparents, here are some great benefits of having your kid in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. EXERCISE: Give us your child for 60 minutes and we will send them home exhausted. (No joke. Get in the shower without talking back, falling-asleep-early kind of tired). Oh, yeah… It’ll help improve their focus too. Score!!! DISCIPLINE: In order to learn new skills they will follow very detailed directions. As they learn new techniques, they will become mentors and leaders among their peers. They become part of a community by learning to give back. (Imagine that! Plus, this translates to chores around the house: Do your part. Give back.) Another win! SELF-DEFENSE: Learning martial arts builds confidence. Confidence discourages bullies and attackers.
