This start-up venture is coming into existence through the guidance of Tyrus Cox. Tyrus has over 12 years of experience as a personal trainer and 15 years as a martial artist. He has been heralded as one of the top fitness professionals in the Round Rock area with a strong following of past clients from personal training and group exercise classes that have been taught by him at various gyms in the Round Rock area. Known for his “Drill Sergeant” coaching style, many members have left their gym memberships to train with Tyrus.
