Details: One of the original Gracie Jiu-Jitsu schools in the area, Master Pedro Sauer has been sharing and teaching Jiu Jitsu in the community since 2006. One Spirit Martial Arts offers weekly Jiu Jitsu classes for Youth and Adults, Krav Maga, Muay Thai and Kali with a staff of 16 Instructors including Master Pedro Sauer and 11 of his Black Belts. Our Academy focuses on respect to our elders and to each other, fitness and self-confidence as well as everyday practical self-defense. We welcome all skills levels, ages, and backgrounds to our mats while fostering a positive family-like club atmosphere.

Kids Program Detail: At One Spirit Martial Arts, we work to provide your child with a supportive fun environment in which to develop the following benefits: Establish discipline, courtesy and respect; Build confidence and character by providing children skills to control their body, stand up to bullying, peer pressure, and other intimidating situations; Develop coordination, strength and flexibility; Good clean fun to burn off extra energy and maintain physical health; Basic life-long self-defense skills. Our Youth Gracie Jiu Jitsu Program is led by our OSMA Youth Instructor Team, including our Pedro Sauer 3rd Degree Black Belt Lead Youth Instructor, Master Sauer approved Assistant Instructors with Level 1 PSBJJA Instructor Certification, and over 30 years of teaching children on and off the mat. One Spirit Martial Arts Youth Jiu Jitsu classes are offered for youth ages 5-13 years of any skill level.
