Details: Ross Martial Arts & Fitness Academy is a full service Combat Sports academy offering instruction and coaching for adults and youth in Tae Kwon Do, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Submission Grappling, Kickboxing & Muay Thai,Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Kickboxing / Bootcamp Fitness, Iron House Strength & Core, Diva Self-Defense (Women’s) Self-Defense, Anti-Bully Programs, Weapons Training, and Personal Training. We are Goal Oriented at the Academy. Regardless of what your individual reason may be for training, we believe that we are here to help you achieve and surpass that goal.

Kids Program Detail: For ages 4-6 years old. This class teaches basic fundamentals for both striking and grappling while learning in a fun and friendly environment through drills, skills and games. Classes are run in 8 week sessions scheduled throughout the year on Wednesday’s at 4:30pm. This Class if FUN and Teaches students both self-defense skills as well as learning how to Listen, Take Turns, and so MUCH MORE! We use Games, Drills and Obstacle Courses to help our Tiger Cubs improve Balance, Coordination and help Build Confidence and improve Discipline.
