Kids Program Detail: Little Warriors Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu - This grappling based martial arts teaches physical problem solving, and builds courage, tenacity, and durability. Student learn how to conduct themselves in contest with their teammates in order to strengthen their competitive nature while simultaneously learning emotional and physical self-control. Little Warriors Kickboxing - A "punch & kick" based martial arts that is ideal for developing hand-eye coordination, balance, and dexterity. The use of verbal instruction assists in building good neuro-muscular connection while training our youngest students to become great listeners!
