Kids Program Detail: Our homeschool classes are actually integrated into our regular classes. Your child will be participating in warm up exercises, safety factors of martial arts, basic stances, punches, blocks, kicking techniques, self defense and poomse (forms). Along with all the physical factors of martial arts, we also focus on discipline & respect. There are rules that are required to be followed along with rewards for following them.
