Signature clubs also include group training classes like Yoga, Zumba, Cycling; have a full café, the Armbar, with all the nutrition & supplements you’ll need to maintain your fitness gains. Our location also includes full Men’s & Women’s locker rooms with showers & saunas.

Kids Program Detail: Geared towards creating a courageous and health-conscious younger generation, kids classes and training at UFC GYM are designed to develop strong athletic and motivational skills that your kids will carry throughout their lifetime. Classes - including kids yoga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, Mixed Martial Arts, and more - focus on coordination, agility, speed, and strength. Our youth classes are led by experienced, youth and family fitness-certified instructors who consistently reinforce the UFC GYM mentality to never give up, keeping your kids motivated - even outside the gym.
