Kids Program Detail: KIDS JIU JITSU - Our kids grappling program introduces children to essential grappling techniques like takedowns, escapes, and submissions in a safe and structured environment. Through fun and educational sessions, young participants build fundamental self-defense skills while fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. KIDS MUAY THAI - Our kids striking programs focus on developing foundational striking skills, including basic punches and kicks, along with balance and coordination drills. Students gain self-confidence while learning to respect themselves and others in a controlled, age-appropriate setting.
