Kids Program Detail: Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Class - This class is recommended for children ages 4 to 13 years old. This class focuses on learning basic and fundamental principles of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It not only teaches self-defense and discipline, but also helps to build self confidence, esteem, and life-long desire for exercise and fitness. Kids Judo Class - This class is great for kids to learn the fundamentals of Judo from the best in the field. This class offers fundamentals of Judo. This class is awesome for subduing an opponent to the ground with Judo techniques of throws, trips, and takedowns.
