Kids Program Detail: Meraki kids learn about the importance of the major positions of Brazilian jiu-jitsu and are taught to apply the proper mindset for success on and off the mat. In addition to learning the sport aspects of the art, self-defense scenarios are covered. This program focuses on developing the important fundamentals of Brazilian jiu-jitsu through exercise, drills, technique practice, games and positional sparring. All of this happens in a clean, safe and supportive environment.
