Woman Only Program Detail: We have a good group of women and when they requested for one day of their own training, we added the women’s class. More time to drill means more time to hone their skills. This class is perfect for those who would feel more comfortable training with other women and not co-ed or just as a starter before joining the regular adult class. JiuJitsu is great self-defense and I believe all women should learn it and learn it the right way.
