Kids Program Detail: Students are introduced to Jiu Jitsu and the traditional uniform worn called a GI or kimono. This class focuses on the basic positions and techniques of guard, mount, and hip escape. We have structured the program to teach technique through fun and interactive games designed to improve a child’s agility and coordination.The emphasis is on developing listening skills, gross motor skills, balance, and respect for instructors and classmates. Students are encouraged to make friends, have fun, and grow their passion for the art and sport of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
