Kids Program Detail: Our kids classes are for ages 3-15 the kids are separated by age group. For kids of younger ages classes will consist of games meant to be fun, and approachable, while at the same time laying the fundamentals for BJJ. The befits of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for kids are even greater than those for adults. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will help your child get / stay in shape to fight childhood obesity and to build your child's confidence in an age of bullying as well as learning to defend them selves should they ever need to.
