Details: At Rise Jiu Jitsu Murrieta we offer an all-around self defense program for the entire family that includes Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts and Conditioning. All our programs are designed to help you and/or your child grow at your own pace without any pressure to compete in tournaments. While we believe healthy competition is great, we focus more on the self defense aspect and character development and social development of our young gym family members.

Woman Only Program Detail: Learning self defense is essential for everyone, but especially for women. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing training alongside their daugthers. Mom's setting the example that it's ok to be strong, defend yourself and still be a girl.
