Kids Program Detail: Our Little Samurai program is specifically designed as an introduction to the fundamental movements of Jiu Jitsu for children, ages 4 - 6. It will help improve fitness and coordination. The curriculum is built around fun games and drills, which instill a strong foundation of basic movement and techniques. They will also learn, through the use of short, age-appropriate discussions, about the Five Pillars Of Success.TM
