Details: My name is Avi Kashub i’m the head instructor here at this academy. I’ve been training for 25 years now and up until opening this academy, I was a Physical Therapist Assistant specializing in hip and knee replacements and stroke patients. I originally opened the school to, well, teach jiu jitsu. Over the past year it has grown to so much more. Now the vision has shifted to not only include teaching jiu jitsu but in offering a place where people can come to not only improve themselves physically but mentally as well. Recently we have added a Yoga program to the schedule to make sure you’re moving at your absolute best!!
