Kids Program Detail: Our youngest warriors begin their martial arts starting at 4 years old. Our “Spider-ninja” class is the perfect antidote for “high energy” 4 - 7 year old children. Our spider-ninjas learn mental and physical jiu-jitsu designed to protect them from bullies, help them become better problem solvers, and deal with stressful situations. Classes are taught in a fun, focused manner with emphasis on developing their own personal strengths while learning to overcome obstacles and challenges. It’s NOT a one-size fits all program, but rather an individual process addressing your child’s personal needs and hurdles. (Jiu-Jitsu is perfect for ADD and ADHD kids). Our pre-teen and teen program offers a great mix of fun while challenging your child physically and mentally. Your teen will get into great shape while having fun and learning a worthwhile skill. They’ll never get bored at Flo Life BJJ+ because our ever-evolving class curriculum will keep them mentally and physically stimulated. When your son or daughter trains in Jiu-Jitsu you too will gain confidence knowing they can defend themselves from any of life’s challenges!
