Details: The 8th Street Gym is the Grand Valley's premier Mixed Martial Arts and fitness training facility. The 8th Street Gym is located in the heart of Downtown Grand Junction, Colorado. The 8th Street Gym is a 13,000 square foot fitness facility consisting of 12,000 square feet of wall to wall wresting mats, a 24 foot boxing ring, a 30 foot UFC Style octagon MMA Cage, 40 heavy bags, speed bags, double-end bags, throw dummies, and combat conditioning equipment. We offer programs that range from Jiu-Jitsu to Fitness Kickboxing. No matter your level of experience we have a program that will work for you. We are very beginner friendly. Our professional staff believes that with training and focus anyone can achieve their goal. The 8th Street Gym teaches that through practice students will master techniques and develop life skills such as discipline and honor.

Kids Program Detail: In our classes kids get to release all their energy in a productive manner while also getting the opportunity to attain various coloured belts by demonstrating their increased knowledge and skill. These classes are a lot more then just kicking and punching where children will learn many life skills and have fun playing various Martial Arts games.
