Kids Program Detail: Strike Zone's Youth Wrestling (5 year old through middle school) and Boxing (middle school through high school) programs are designed to develop mental and physical fitness. Through hard work and discipline, students develop a strong sense of themselves and learn to rely on one another in a team environment. While building self-confidence and character, students learn sportsmanship and develop a sense of pride and accomplishment.
