Details: SoDel Jiu-Jitsu Club is conveniently located on Rt. 9 in Lewes, Delaware. We pride ourselves in providing quality instruction in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and NoGi Grappling/Submission Wrestling for teens and adults in a safe and friendly environment. Our members are taught through a combination of instruction, Q&A, drilling and live sparring. Whether you have never trained before or you are an advanced grappler, we have something to offer you.
