As a full-service martial arts training academy, we specialize in a group of highly effective combat systems with a focus on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. BJJ is a modified style of judo and traditional Japanese jujutsu founded by the famous Gracie Family. It's most known for its use of stand-up maneuvers and devastating ground-fighting techniques. Our school offers adult and kids Jiu-Jitsu classes as well as children's and adult's self defense classes. Our mission is to help our students develop their basic self-defense skills, respect, and discipline in a family-friendly environment.
